Kindly Heaven Smiles Above by Lilacs and Honey Art
There is a unique love that comes from both heavenly parents. Just because She isn’t brought up very often doesn’t mean She loves us any less. Maybe it’s the silent acts of love that keeps us going. There has to be a reason why we don’t know much about them. Or maybe we know more than we realize just by looking at ourselves in the mirror and seeing all the beauty the human race can bring.
C.S. Lewis said:
It is a serious thing to live in a society of possible gods and goddesses, to remember that the dullest most uninteresting person you can talk to may one day be a creature which, if you saw it now, you would be strongly tempted to worship, or else a horror and a corruption such as you now meet, if at all, only in a nightmare. All day long we are, in some degree helping each other to one or the other of these destinations. It is in the light of these overwhelming possibilities, it is with the awe and the circumspection proper to them, that we should conduct all of our dealings with one another, all friendships, all loves, all play, all politics. There are no ordinary people. You have never talked to a mere mortal.
Maybe we know them more than we realize. We all have the potential to be in their godly state, so that means they were once just mortals like us. We do know them because we are going through the same requirements they had to. No one has the same journey, but they have the chance to reach the same destination. They walked the walk, and they made it to an unfathomable glory.
